Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect the time reserved for every client, the following policy is in effect:
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment only if the reschedule request is made within this timeframe. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will also be charged 50% of the booked service.
Clients with an unpaid cancellation or no-show fee must pay the outstanding balance before booking any future appointments.
